175 years since Co-op’s first store opened at 31 Toad Lane, the principles of the Rochdale Pioneers remain at the heart of the Co-op; a business owned by members, working for the common good.
The Co-op see eye to eye with Glastonbury, because they’ve found a way to grow that’s honest and also authentic, without compromising our principles. While their counter might be literal, their culture stands up to scrutiny, just like the festival. It’s all about produce, principles and people.
So for their store at Glastonbury 2019, we rebranded the Co-op and took them back to their roots by mixing eco materials and hand drawn typography.
